Shipping & Handling

The shipping and handling cost on any order shipped within the contiguous U.S. is 10% of the total order or a minimum shipping and handling charge of $10.00 (whichever is the greater).

Contact customer service for shipping options outside the contiguous U.S. (orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, internationally, or to a PO or APO box).

In addition to a larger shipping cost, customs charges may be assessed on international orders. These charges cannot be estimated by service representatives.

Payment Options

  • Credit card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Be sure to complete all credit card information on the order form.

  • Purchase order: We accept purchase orders from schools or districts. Fax or mail the the purchase order. Be sure to include shipping and billing information.

  • Check: Make your check payable to The Ohio State University for the order total. Be sure to include shipping information.

Delivery Time

Orders received before 12 p.m. Eastern Time by credit card or check are processed the same day. Orders received after 12 p.m. will be processed next day. Orders placed using a purchase order will be filled within 48 business hours of arrival.

All orders shipped to a location within the contiguous U.S. are sent UPS Ground. A street address must be provided. UPS Ground should deliver your order within 1-5 business days. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

We will send you an itemized receipt within one week of your order shipping date. Although it will say "invoice" at the top of the form, all sales and payments will be noted. Please indicate when ordering if you would like the receipt to be send to an address other than the provided shipping address.
